Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

LHH is working with a client is who is adding to their team a hands-on QA/QC Engineer to help drive quality across field operations, warehouses, and shop environments. This role will be instrumental in strengthening the Quality Management System (QMS) , conducting audits, identifying process gaps, managing non-conformances, and helping frontline teams take ownership of quality.

What we’re looking for:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Experience with QMS, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
• Knowledge or experience working within an ISO 9001 quality environment preferred
• Oilfield services, manufacturing, maintenance, or field operations experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and gain buy-in from frontline teams
• Ability to travel 25%–75%
