Qualifications

Applicants must hold one of the following Idaho licenses:

• LMSW
• LCSW
• LPC
• LCPC

What You'll Do

• Complete Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments (CDAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (ICANS).
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy for children and adults.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Help clients build healthy coping strategies, improve emotional wellness, and achieve meaningful treatment goals.
• Support individuals experiencing crisis while providing compassionate, trauma-informed care.
• Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Stay current with best practices, clinical research, and continuing education.
