Logistics Operations Lead with Security Clearance

Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of logistics management experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Active Maryland CLASS C driver’s license. Served in the U.S. military with a logistics military occupational specialty in a supervisory capacity (alternative to driver’s license). Minimum of 6 years of experience in a supervisory role (dual requirement for Lead Logistics Manager). Responsibilities The Lead Logistics Manager shall manage all logistics operations and personnel. Supervise personnel activities to include Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibrations; Material Handling Equipment/Lifting Device (MHE/LD); receiving; shipping; storage; property book; turn-in; and delivering excess equipment as a working supervisor. Supervise the supply clerk(s) to ensure accurate excess equipment inventory records. Plan and revise work schedules to ensure an even workflow and that priority cases are handled expeditiously. Coordinate priorities, procedures, and accomplishments with the COR and Program Manager. Prepare workload reports and maintain accurate activity records. Resolve conflicts in accordance with (IAW) the Contractor policies and procedures.
