American Vascular Associates (AVA) is looking for a Treasury & Cash Manager to take full ownership of cash management and treasury operations across our management company and a fast-growing portfolio of office-based labs (OBLs) and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This is a builder's role and you'll shape how a multi-entity healthcare platform manages liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury policy as it scales.

What You'll Do

• Own daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning across every operating entity.
• Manage banking relationships, account structures, and disbursements platform-wide.
• Lead treasury policy, debt and covenant support, and short-term investment of excess cash.
• Partner with legal and finance on the treasury side of acquisitions and new entity onboarding.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, ideally across multiple entities or bank accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with a treasury management system (TMS) or ERP cash module.
• Build and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts (13-week rolling and annual) in partnership with FP&A and entity- level finance staff.
• CTP designation, healthcare or multi-site industry experience, and M&A integration exposure are a plus.
