Our organization is actively seeking a dedicated Academic Endocrinologist to become part of our Endocrinology Division. This role presents a unique chance to build a fulfilling career that encompasses clinical practice, research, and education. It also provides a clear trajectory toward leadership positions, including the opportunity to oversee our Transgender Program within a comprehensive endocrine practice.

• Deliver specialized clinical care in general endocrinology, with options to focus on areas such as diabetes, thyroid issues, and reproductive endocrinology.
• Direct and enhance our established Transgender Program , providing a full range of endocrine services to transgender and gender-diverse individuals, including hormone therapy management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient advocacy.
• Instruct and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, enriching the educational journey for future endocrinologists.
• Collaborate across various departments, integrating transgender healthcare into broader clinical practices.
• Engage in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to promote a culture of ongoing learning and knowledge exchange.

• MD/DO or equivalent qualification with board certification in Endocrinology.
• A robust clinical background coupled with a strong commitment to patient care.
• Experience or a keen interest in transgender healthcare, with aspirations to advance and lead in this specialty.
• A demonstrated history or strong enthusiasm for teaching and medical education.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $220,000, along with opportunities for incentive bonuses.
