Job Opportunity – Electrophysiology Physician – Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call required. Coverage needed up to 40 hours per week once per month and as needed for vacation coverage.

Highlights:

  • Outpatient clinic seeing approximately 16 patients per day with dedicated clinical team support
  • Inpatient rounding covering 10-15 patients daily with assigned Advanced Practice Provider support
  • Perform full range of EP procedures including pacemaker and ICD implants (traditional and subcutaneous), loop recorder procedures, and ablations (AVN, SVT, atrial flutter)
  • Work within a 270-bed academic/training hospital utilizing EPIC EMR
  • Adult patient population (ages 18-100) in a collaborative multi-setting practice environment
  • Credentialing timeframe of 90 days; temporary privileges available for qualified candidates with clean files

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology/Electrophysiology
  • Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand required
  • Active DEA registration
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • NPDB self-query within 6 months of application
  • Clean malpractice history (no settlements over $500K, no more than 3 total settlements unless cases are over 20 years old)
