Mechanical Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overseeing HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex commercial mechanical projects in sectors such as healthcare, data centers, multifamily, industrial, or large mixed-use developments. This individual should be capable of leading teams, coordinating field operations, and driving project execution in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle mechanical construction projects
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Drive safety, quality, and project performance
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and client communication

Requirements:

• Large commercial mechanical construction experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
