Onsite Building Manager & Maintenance Lead
Postgraduate-Center-For-Mental-Heal
The Postgraduate-Center-For-Mental-Heal in New York is seeking a live-in Building Superintendent responsible for all maintenance and janitorial services at the assigned site. The ideal candidate will ensure that the building meets safety standards and compliance with NYC housing regulations. This role includes oversight of janitorial staff, conducting regular inspections, and handling urgent building issues professionally.
