Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments
• Perform oral health assessments and document findings accurately
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
• Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient trust-building
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance standards

• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Florida
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced private practice environment
• Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
• Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental preferred

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
