We Offer: Pay range of $23 to $27 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs Pay raise following paid training completion Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) Paid holidays and paid time off Company Car: Each technician drives a branded company vehicle for job duties Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided Requirements Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do Must have drivers license Pass background check Hiring Process Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch Duties: Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool Communicate with the support team with questions Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit Problem-solve repairs with creativity About Surface Experts Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider.
