This position ensures high-quality customer service at the parts counter while maintaining efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. The role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and contributes to operational excellence.Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Customer Service & Counter Sales Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers at the Will Call counter in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer incoming phone calls and provide product, pricing, and service informationProcess sales transactions and invoices accuratelyRespond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order statusCoordinate rental orders, including documentation and parts trackingMaintain a high level of customer service and build strong customer relationshipsWarehouse Associate Responsibilities:Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipmentsVerify incoming products against packing lists and inspect for accuracyStore products in appropriate warehouse locationsPick and prepare orders using system-generated ticketsDetermine proper packaging methods to ensure safe deliveryUtilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to coordinate shipmentsMaintain inventory accuracy using ERP systems (Epicor-Prelude)Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepanciesPrepare orders for shipment or customer pickupGeneral Responsibilities:Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts room and warehouseCollaborate with warehouse, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflowCommunicate shipping details with customers, vendors, and team membersIdentify delays and implement solutions to ensure timely deliverySupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencyAssist with warehouse projects such as inventory counts and expansionsPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements:High School diploma or GED required1+ years of customer service, warehouse, or distribution experience preferredFamiliarity with industrial parts, equipment, or oil & gas industry a plusForklift experience or ability to be trained and certifiedBasic computer skills (data entry, email, ERP systems)Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesQualificationsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
