Warehouse Worker

Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST
Overtime: Required as business needs dictate, including occasional weekends

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse and inventory operations within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in production, packing, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations and demonstrate strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Receive incoming inventory and verify accurate product receipt.
• Maintain proper storage of inventory, including temperature-sensitive and refrigerated items.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management processes.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation activities.
• Assist with discrepancy investigation and resolution.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Process, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
• Ensure all required materials, supplies, and accompanying documentation are included with shipments.
• Complete daily box preparation and packaging activities.
• Fill dispensing units and support warehouse replenishment activities.

Shipping & Logistics

• Create, update, and troubleshoot shipping labels as needed.
• Coordinate shipment of packages through shipping, mail, and courier services.
• Ensure packages are accurately prepared and shipped according to established procedures.

Equipment & Quality Support

• Monitor warehouse equipment and assist with calibration or adjustment activities as required.
• Follow all inventory control, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, packing, distribution, or fulfillment environment preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Ability to work required overtime and occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
• Inventory management or cycle counting experience.
• Experience creating shipping labels and processing outbound shipments.
