Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Infor M3 Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise supporting Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Cost Accounting functions within the Infor M3 ERP platform. This individual will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Controllers, and Operational stakeholders to optimize financial processes, reporting, costing methodologies, and ERP functionality.

Seeking an experienced Infor M3 Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise supporting Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Cost Accounting functions within the Infor M3 ERP platform. This individual will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Controllers, and Operational stakeholders to optimize financial processes, reporting, costing methodologies, and ERP functionality.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Infor M3 experience
- Strong functional expertise within Infor M3 Finance modules
- Experience supporting Finance and Accounting business users
- Requirements gathering and business process analysis
- ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and support
- Training end users and creating process documentation
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cost Accounting
- Product Costing
- Manufacturing Costing
- Inventory Valuation
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Controls
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.
- Support, configure, and optimize Infor M3 financial modules.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting requirements.
- Support cost accounting, inventory costing, and variance analysis initiatives.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
- Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployments.
- Collaborate with Controllers, Finance Directors, and business leaders on strategic initiatives.
