Your Role as Retail Sales Lead:

As a key leader in our store, you will have the freedom and responsibility to drive business success and customer satisfaction. Your ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and own your role will be critical.

• Take charge of customer interactions , ensuring each visitor has a top-notch experience through expert guidance, water testing, product knowledge, and tailored recommendations for their hot tub, pool, and sauna needs.
• Proactively manage customer relationships by responding to calls and emails, solving problems efficiently, and ensuring customer loyalty.
• Think like an entrepreneur by bringing fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience and improve retention.
• Own the look and feel of the showroom - maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and create an inviting space for customers.
• Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure their satisfaction and help them maximize their products.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and use your expertise to introduce customers to innovative products that enhance their experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Full-time availability, including weekends.
• Ability to attend training and staff meetings.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
