As a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries and facilitating vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills. You’ll be part of a remote team that supports Copart’s mission to deliver unmatched customer experiences through innovation, process excellence, and people-first service.
