What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the frontline hero for our customers. Your mission will be to resolve issues, answer queries, and overall, ensure a delightful, seamless experience for our users. Here's What We're Looking For: Availability: This full-time role requires regular 'office hours' and a willingness to assist in urgent situations alongside the support team. Expect a schedule from Thursday 6:30-3pm Friday/Monday 6:30am-2:30pm Sat/Sun 7am-3pm EST after training. Availability to cover our existing team is imperative. Total hours 35-40 per week and the hourly rate range for this Intermediate entry level role is $18-20 Language Skills: Our customers are primarily in North America, so excellent English proficiency is crucial. You should be comfortable with both spoken and written communication. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with standard online tools is a must. You should know your way around emails, chats, spreadsheets, word processing, and apps. Reliable Setup: Stable internet connection, a backup power source, and access to multiple screens or monitors are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
