Essential Duties Preparing vehicles for the wash process by performing pre-wash duties such as spraying, scrubbing, and rinsingGuiding customers into the wash tunnel and ensuring proper vehicle alignmentAssisting customers with questions and providing friendly serviceMonitoring wash quality to ensure a high level of cleanliness and efficiencyMaintaining cleanliness of the work area, including vacuum stations and wash baysEnsuring compliance with all safety protocols and proceduresSupporting team members in daily operations to maintain smooth workflowPerforming additional duties as assigned by managementTaking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Job Requirements Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a labor-intensive role preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first approach.Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelinesFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
