Customer Service Specialist

Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team supporting customers from order entry through delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with internal departments to ensure customers receive exceptional service while helping drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Triage inbound customer requests and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Provide proactive updates and support throughout the order lifecycle.

• Prepare customer quotes as needed.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Order Entry, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Troubleshoot customer concerns and identify effective solutions using established processes.

• Accurately document customer interactions and order activity in company systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.

• Associate degree preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications simultaneously.

• Experience working with ERP systems is required.

• Experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
