Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.• Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.• Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas.
