RN - L&D Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: Travel Assignment Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience required. License: Active RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP required. Must-Have: AWHONN intermediate Fetal Monitoring class taken and passed required.Prior travel experience required.AWHONN Advanced fetal monitoring class and EFM certification preferred.Ability to handle high acuity patients is essential. Description:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.Travel experience is mandatory.Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1 to 2.Candidate must possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.Completion of the AWHONN intermediate Fetal Monitoring class is required.Candidates with AWHONN Advanced fetal monitoring class and EFM certification will be preferred.Ability to manage high acuity patients is fundamental to this role.The position requires on-call availability of 12 hours within a 6-week scheduling period.Familiarity with EMR systems is essential, and experience with Epic is preferred.Traveling nurses may need to float to other units as necessary.Cultural fit is crucial, as traveling nurses are expected to function as core staff.All required documentation must be submitted prior to consideration.No exceptions will be made for pending documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
