Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed 12-1 pm for lunch

• Manageable daily schedule of 10 to 15 patients
\n

• Senior population: Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients
\n

• Longer visits that support thoughtful, preventive care

• Care coordination, pharmacy resources, analytics, and coaching teams supporting daily operations

\n
• Quality-focused environment, not fee-for-service

Practice Environment

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO with BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
\n

\n
• Ability to obtain or already hold a Florida medical license
\n

\n
• Strong documentation habits and comfort working in a value-based model
\n

\n
• Experience or genuine interest in caring exclusively for patients aged 65 and older
\n

\n
• Newer physicians welcome if aligned with senior-focused care
\n
