Must-Have:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a nursing role.
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Comfort with performing independent and delegated nursing functions.
- Capability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated registered nurse for a 32-bed unit that manages drips and more acute patients.
Responsibilities include performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions according to accepted practice standards.
You will assess health status through ongoing collection and assessment of health data.
The role involves health teaching and counseling for patients.
You will provide supportive and restorative therapy and treatment to patients either directly or indirectly.
It is essential to execute delegated medical functions and refer patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment.
You will review and monitor therapy and treatment plans, ensuring proper documentation per regulatory guidelines.
Utilization of resources as needed is crucial to this position.
You will promote mission, vision, and values in alignment with service behavior standards.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
You may be required to float to other departments based on business need and may be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
