Assemblix Staffing is looking for a Maint. Tech for our client location in the Indianapolis,IN area.
Position Summary
Schedule: 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $28–$32/hour, depending on experience
Position: 1st Shift Maintenance Technician
Type: Temp-to-hire
Resume: Required for initial review
Interviews: Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a formal interview
What They’re Looking For
The strongest candidates will have 1–3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience and hands-on experience with:
Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
Electrical troubleshooting
Pneumatics and hydraulics
Automated manufacturing equipment
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Equipment breakdown response
Reading basic mechanical/electrical schematics
CMMS/work-order systems
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA/I??OSHA safety procedures
Hand and power tools
A high school diploma/GED is required. Technical, vocational, or trade-school training is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
