Turf and Soil Management, LLC Territory Sales Manager – Austin/San Antonio Position Overview The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving equipment sales, developing customer relationships, and representing Turf and Soil Management, LLC with professionalism and technical expertise. This role requires a strong understanding of turf equipment, effective territory management, building relationships, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Product Knowledge & Equipment Demonstration Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all turf equipment products, including features, benefits, and applications, to deliver tailored solutions to customers. As well as all competitive products. Confidently present and demonstrate equipment to individuals and groups, clearly articulating value and performance advantages. Ensure safe and proper operation of all equipment and effectively train customers on usage and best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and trailer to support product demonstrations and customer interactions. Sales Operations & Territory Management Develop and manage customer relationships within the assigned territory to drive sales growth and long-term retention. Accurately maintain customer data, activity tracking, and pipeline management using company CRM systems (SPOTIO). Plan and execute efficient travel routes and scheduling to maximize territory coverage and productivity. Coordinate closely with the Service Department to ensure timely and accurate equipment deliveries. Maintain consistent communication and alignment with the T&S Leadership Team regarding sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities. Qualifications Core Competencies Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge and company systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Professional demeanor and commitment to representing the company’s brand and standards. Ability to carry out cold calls, listen actively, and engage new prospects. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the turf industry or a related field. Prior equipment sales.
