Sr. MS Purview (Data Governance consultant)
Location: 100% Remote : Must work in EST time zone
Duration: 6-12 months Candidate will assist in design and implementation of MS Purview for our Data Governance program as well as assist in a proof-of-concept engagement with a customer group to populate Purview with their metadata/glossaries/lineage.
Sr. MS Purview (Data Governance consultant)

Duration: 6-12 months Candidate will assist in design and implementation of MS Purview for our Data Governance program as well as assist in a proof-of-concept engagement with a customer group to populate Purview with their metadata/glossaries/lineage.
- Consult on architecture and infrastructure for the enterprise implementation of MS Purview
- Contribute to build activities for the configuration of MS Purview
- Design and code custom integrations for Purview (including APIs where possible)
- Consult on semantic modeling for enterprise data governance and management
- Embed in customer group engagement and assist with the creation of data quality rules, metrics
- Consult on / design PowerBI dashboards in support of metrics as able to advise on and participate in enterprise data management maturity assessment
- Experience facilitating technical data management and governance initiatives
- Experience designing data architecture and engineering solutions in both cloud and on premises environments
- Experience with MS Purview and Azure cloud environments
- Experience creating pipelines and coding custom integrations, preferably with Purview
- Experience with data classification, tagging and data cataloging activities.
- Experience developing data quality rules and metrics
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Experienced in facilitating meetings and working sessions
- Experience in Azure DevOps and working in an Agile methodology.
- Able to lead the direction on design decisions.
