Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Coverage Needed

Schedule:
- Orientation 9/28 starting at 1 p.m.
- Clinic coverage 9/29 - 10/2 starting at 9 a.m.
  - Clinic hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  - Wednesdays: Surgery day with potential clinic 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- 24 Hour Call Schedule: 9/29 8 a.m. - 10/3 8 a.m.
  - Call shifts may run simultaneous with clinic coverage days

Clinical Details

Patients Per Day: 25
Approximately 7 deliveries per week
Support Staff: LPN, MA's, nursing staff
Required Procedures: Colposcopy, laparoscopy, ectopic pregnancy treatment (surgical & medical), miscarriage management (surgical & medical), EMD, IUD placement and removal, Nexplanon placement and removal, new initial OB ultrasounds for dating (in office), vaginal deliveries, C-section deliveries

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active Utah license and DEA
Must be available for all listed dates
