Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled CNA Receptionist to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. Responsibilities:
Provide quality patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Greet patients, visitors, and staff members in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer phone calls, respond to pages, and take messages
Manage and coordinate scheduling, transportation, and other patient care services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient satisfaction and outcomes
