Account Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Coordinator to support Freight Brokers with the day-to-day management of freight operations while delivering exceptional service to customers and carrier partners. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting revenue-generating brokerage activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Freight Brokers and assigned customer accounts.
- Assist with load creation, data entry, and maintenance of accurate shipment information within the TMS and brokerage systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, pickup and delivery updates, and service-related inquiries.
- Track and monitor freight movements to ensure on-time performance.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, paperwork collection, and shipment documentation.
- Assist brokers with carrier onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
