Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing multiple patient treatments efficiently.

Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including nebulizers, BIPAP/CPAP, and ventilators.
Perform arterial blood gas analyses and monitor patients' respiratory status.
Work collaboratively with medical staff to provide patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (Meditech).
Participate in rotating weekends and provide on-call support as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RRT credential.
Current Virginia State License.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Prior ICU experience preferred.

Dress Code

Navy blue scrubs are required.
