Hardware Design Engineer
Responsibility within the organization for electronic hardware design, PCB layout and schematics, power supply design, testing & validation
Key skills:
- Hardware design
- Power electronics design
- Semantic or cadence
- Onshore-offshore coordination
•Experience in low power drives, motor controls
•Strong communication to act as a bridge between client and offshore - cross functional team.
•Good understanding of embedded system from hardware point of view
•Excellent interpersonal skills essential to working effectively in a team environment; must also be able to work with minimal supervision
•Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, together with well-developed listening skills.
•Know-how of EMI/EMC measures in Drives & good understanding of standards is a plus.
•Preparation of schematic, simulation and analysis
•High power component selection
•Good know how of product development life cycle
