Position: Resident Services Coordinator
Location: Lemon Hill/ Sky Park - Sacramento, CA
Hours: 40+ Hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Our Resident Services team connects Mutual Housing affordable housing residents with opportunity through a wide range of direct services and community building strategies. Resident Services Coordinators (RSCs) are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals.
Responsibilities:

Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals
Provide mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property Management
Build relationships with residents and host community‑building activities
Connect residents with local programs, services, and leadership opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plans
Qualifications:

1+ year experience in social services (property‑based experience a plus)
Proficiency in Cantonese, Vietnamese or Mandarin is required.
Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low‑income communities
Strong communication, judgment, and relationship‑building skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs (provided)
