As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Wilmington, NC
• Full-Time Schedules Available
  • Saturday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM |Monday - Tuesday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM = 32 hour shift 
  • Wednesday - Sunday, 2:00PM - 11:00PM, 40 hour shift 
  • Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00PM - 06:00AM = 40 hour
  • Monday - Thursday, 10:00PM - 06:00AM = 32 hours 
  • Monday - Friday 06:00AM - 2:00PM = 40 hour shift 
• Part Time Schedules Available :
  • Friday - Saturday 10:00PM - 06:00AM = 16 hour shift 
• Competitive hourly wage: 
  • $17.58 / Hr., bi-weekly (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Must have an active PPSB license. 
• Must have CPR First Aid & AED or be willing to obtain. 
• Must be over the age of 18 years old. 
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience. 
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
