Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We’re looking for a proactive sales professional skilled in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and schedule sales meetings.
- Follow up consistently and re-engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or lead generation.
- Strong phone, email, and written communication skills.
- Ability to research prospects and initiate conversations confidently.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
Please Note: This role focuses on prospecting, lead qualification, and setting appointments, not closing deals or managing the full sales cycle.
