Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. This facility specializes in the treatment and recovery of individuals with severe injuries or illnesses. The focus is on maximizing health, function, and quality of life for patients. The nurse will work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. Patient care will involve ongoing assessment and provision of rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs. The unit has a capacity of 40 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6. Electronic Health Records are managed through an Epic system. Patients served are primarily adults. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
