Revenue Operations Lead - Forecasting & L2C

ByteDance is seeking a strategic Sales Operations leader to partner with regional Sales Leadership. You will own forecasting accuracy and revenue certainty, drive annual/quarterly revenue planning, and optimize the Lead-to-Cash process across multi-region cloud/AI infrastructure sales cycles. Lead the design of standardized sales motions, account management playbooks, and pipeline hygiene rules; create automated workflows and CRM enhancements to speed deals.
