Service Dispatcher

Job description

We are seeking a service dispatchers/customer service representative who is a team player to join our service team. The right candidate should be capable of managing multiple phone lines and dispatching in a fast paced environment, are able to adapt to changes easily and think quickly on their feet.

Job Function :

Schedule service for 16+ service technicians

Dispatch service technicians and maintain dispatch board to ensure timely service

Ordering parts and make sure parts are picked up and delivered to technicians

Rescheduling customers with incomplete service calls

Manage customer service agreements on a monthly basis

Assist with daily processing of invoices, time cards and part warranty paperwork.

Requirements :

Superior typing capability

Knowledge of Service Titan

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Excellent organizational skills

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Ability to adapt in pressure situations

Excellent attention to detail
