External Job Description Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory (Part-Time) Starting Wage: $17.00 - $19.00 Benefits of WIS Hiring Immediately Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour $200 Referral Bonus 401(k) program, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability plans available Paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required Join a supportive environment where diversity is celebrated What You'll Do Partner one‑on‑one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program Travel to retail locations Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times This Is an Active Job You will spend most of your shift: Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching Climbing ladders when needed Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds Working quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced retail environment What We're Looking For At least 18 years old Reliable transportation Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using handheld technology Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act Material Job Duties Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation Works one‑on‑one with Pharmacy professionals at the event Completes pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, pharmacy personnel and RGIS Supervisors work closely with the Rx Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy and compliance Assists with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
