What You’ll Do

You will provide high-quality, hands-on care and support, including:

Personal Care Services

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, oral hygiene 
• Mobility support including transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion exercises 
• Toileting and incontinence care (bedpan, commode, urinal support) 
• Meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance 
• Emotional support through companionship, conversation, and engagement 
• Safe use of assistive devices (walker, cane, crutches, etc.) 
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation 
• Following all agency policies, infection control, and safety procedures 

Household Support

• Light housekeeping (cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen care) 
• Client laundry only 
• Grocery shopping and basic errands 
• Other supportive tasks as mutually agreed with client and agency

Requirements

• Passion for helping others and improving lives 
• High school diploma or GED 
• Prior caregiver experience (home care or facility setting) 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required) 
• CNA certification is a plus 
• CPR certification 
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray 
• Must be 18 years or older 
• Ability to meet physical demands of caregiving 
• Familiarity with Hoyer lifts is preferred, but willingness to be trained is absolutely welcome
