Advanced EMT, Prosper Urgent Care

Overview The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) will function in collaborative practice with physician(s) and/or advanced practice provider(s) in an ambulatory care setting. Assists in the preparation and delivery of ambulatory patient care as directed by provider(s) and other licensed clinical personnel. Skillfully and consistently performs clinical duties per established departmental policies and procedures. The care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment appropriate to the ambulatory care setting with an emphasis on good customer relations. Location Prosper Urgent Care Center Department Prosper UCC Shift Varying Shifts (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours 36 Education & Experience High School Diploma required Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Current AEMT certification or license required. Must maintain and keep active. Current CPR certification required.
