• Performing comprehensive eye health and vision examinations.
• Diagnosing and managing ocular diseases and vision disorders.
• Counseling patients regarding their specific vision and ocular health needs.
• Practicing full-scope optometry, including both comprehensive and medical exams.
• Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, including OCT and Visual Field technology .
• Collaborating with a team of fellow Optometrists and a dedicated support staff.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid Optometry License in the state of Rhode Island .
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented practice environment.

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary with production incentives, resulting in an earning potential of $150,000 – $185,000+ annually .
• Work-Life Balance: Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday , with no evenings or weekends required.
• Operational Ease: Pre-testing handled by trained staff, allowing for an efficient flow of approximately three patients per hour.
