Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for supporting data and technology requests, complex reporting and analysis, and modeling to manage risk and minimize credit and operating losses. Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing portfolio trends, supporting the development of more complex databases or queries to extract data, and supporting the production of data for internal and external reporting needs. Job expectations include working with Technology to implement changes necessary to support ongoing data needs.Responsibilities:Supports the development and execution of reporting to allow Risk and business partners to effectively identify and manage riskAnalyzes trends and supports the data design, portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics to ensure alignment with business strategiesProvides analytical support on various product strategic initiatives affecting multiple Risk functions and lines of business to ensure company goals are metParticipates in the development of database production processes and performance reports for senior management, using data mining and other advanced analytical techniques to aggregate dataSupports with responding to complex ad-hoc requests for information from both internal and external parties Provides support on cross-functional efforts to remediate data quality issues Monitors the outputs of controls and investigates alerts from the control checksGlobal Risk Analytics (GRA) is a sub-line of business within Global Risk Management (GRM), responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. GRA partners with the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to ensure the capabilities it builds address both internal and regulatory requirements, and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing its activities, GRA drives innovation, process improvement and automation. Job Profile SummaryThis role is responsible for analyzing data flows, business processes, and operational controls supporting critical enterprise activities. The position applies analytical thinking, process management, risk assessment, and technology capabilities to identify data quality concerns, process inefficiencies, control gaps, and operational risks while supporting efforts to improve data integrity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. The role partners with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, audit, and other functions to support issue resolution, process improvement, and informed decision-making.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate business processes, data flows, and operational data to identify data integrity and quality concerns, trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities to improve the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of critical business processes and outcomes.Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to support process evaluations, issue resolution, and improvement initiatives.Leverage data analytics, reporting, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative techniques to identify trends, communicate insights, and improve business outcomes.Develop reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate performance metrics, risks, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.Support governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, enhance process resiliency, and increase operational effectiveness.Minimum Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fieldRequired SkillsLearning Agility: Quickly assimilates new concepts, technologies, business processes, and organizational priorities while adapting effectively to changing business needs.Process Excellence: Applies a process-centric mindset to understand end-to-end workflows, identify inefficiencies, evaluate controls, and support operational improvements.Data & Analytical Thinking: Leverages analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving techniques to evaluate complex data flows, identify risks, uncover insights, and support data-driven decision-making.Risk & Controls Mindset: Applies risk management principles and sound judgment to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, process, compliance, and data-related risks.Technology & Innovation: Utilizes data analytics, SQL, automation, AI, GenAI, process analysis, or related technologies to identify issues, improve decision-making, strengthen controls, and increase operational efficiency.Stakeholder Management & Communication: Strong communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively across functions, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results.Business & Financial Acumen: Demonstrates understanding of financial services, banking, risk management, operations and governance.
