Surgical Technologist: $10,000 sign on bonus

Job Summary & Responsibilities Come join our exceptional Surgical team !! Will not be called in from home if on call !! Able to have a great quality of life ! Provides technical support to the surgeon, registered nurses, and anesthesiologist in the operating room and works to create a safe and sterile environment before, during and after patient surgery. Performs Tasks Like Ensures that all supplies and equipment needed for the procedure are present and in working order. Assists with inventory and pulling cases Sets up and maintains sterile field according to established practices Assists with patient positioning and draping Passes instruments, supplies and equipment to the surgeon Perform counts, prepare and handle sterile dressings Assist other team members with turn over of the operating room Requirements Ortho/spine experience preferred. Certification required 1-2 years experience Benefits
