WHATS IN IT FOR YOU Short Drive Time! - All clients in Boone, Kenton, or Campbell County! We Will Work with your Availability! - Shifts are 4 to 12 hours to fit your needs! Have kids in school? We have shifts within drop off and pickup! Have a daytime job during 1st shift? We have 2nd and 3rd shifts available! Consistent Schedules & Clients! - We match you with 1-2 clients consistently to create relationships & still have a home life! Client Introductions! - We meet you at a clients home for an in person introduction to help everyone feel comfortable! Daily Pay/Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit or offered through Tapcheck you can receive your pay at the end of your shift or a whole week of pay! Duties And Responsibilities Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Light Housekeeping, Meal Prep, Occasional Transportation to Appointments/Errands, Medication Reminders, Companionship & Engagement in Activities, Hospice Care. Skills And Qualifications 18 or Older, Complete Background Check, DMV check and drug screen. Possess a valid drivers license auto insurance & social security card. Ability to exhibit poise and compassion for seniors and their property; Ability to perform with clients receiving Hospice care or end of life; Be a good & patient listener in a friendly and polite manner. What happens after I apply? If you meet all the above requirements, we will reach out to you after you apply to set up an interview. After completion of the interview, we will conduct a drug test, run your background & DMV check, verify auto insurance, and reference checks. We will set you up preliminary for your training contingent upon your passing of all above checks. You will then complete training and be matched up with a mentor to complete a shadow shift to have you prepared to work on your own with your client! #J-18808-Ljbffr
