Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base throughout the Arlington area.

Lead consultations to identify specific coverage gaps and offer solutions that provide true peace of mind.

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex accounts, ensuring every policyholder feels heard and valued.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to negotiate favorable terms for our clients.

Mentor junior team members by sharing insights on market trends and effective client communication techniques.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance across all agency documentation.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of five years of experience managing personal lines or commercial insurance accounts.

Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines and risk assessment practices.

Strong comfort level with agency management software and digital policy filing systems.

Proven track record of building and maintaining a diverse client portfolio.

Professional certification such as CIC or ARM is highly valued.
