Dental Assistant

Overview Dental Solutions is looking for an experienced Part‑time Dental Assistant to join our friendly, patient‑focused team here in Wyncote, Pennsylvania. What we offer: Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Support for continuing education and professional development Modern office with advanced dental technology Compensation for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Responsibilities Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures. Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care. Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models. Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed). Help dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory. Qualifications Must have at least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a DA. X‑Ray certification is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Dental Assistant is also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law. Legal Disclaimer We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
