Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire
Job Description
We are looking for experienced Salesforce Administrators who are currently on bench or immediately available for upcoming U.S. project opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, user management, automation, reporting, and CRM support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Salesforce CRM applications.
- Create and maintain Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards .
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
- Support Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
- Perform data management, troubleshooting, testing, and deployments.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and CRM functionality.
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud .
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bench / immediate availability strongly preferred.
