Department: Patrol, IT and Special Events Department’s Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating event related activities involving parking and charter buses on campus. Duties will require flexible work schedules depending on event needs and activities. Duties require a significant work commitment during home football and basketball seasons, and annual commencement/graduation activities. This requires working with various departments and visiting groups to coordinate an event's parking needs. This position is weather and special event essential. Other duties as assigned. Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
