Responsibilities- Guide potential and current clients through selecting the right coverage that protects what matters most to them.
- Review existing policies and offer meaningful adjustments based on life changes or evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy modifications.
- Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, or coverage updates with patience and clarity.
- Collaborate with the rest of the office to ensure every visitor and caller feels valued and heard.
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Georgia.
- Demonstrated history of building relationships and managing client accounts.
- Clear communication skills with a talent for explaining complex insurance details in simple terms.
- Strong proficiency in computer navigation and standard office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer advocacy or retail sales is highly beneficial.
