Keen assessment skills and critical thinking will support you in a fast-paced clinical environment where you will rarely experience the same day twice.Expect to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shiftAdminister medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentationCollaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imagingWe are offering up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 educational assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited nursing programActive RN license in state of Nebraska or nurse licensure compact.Basic Life Support(BLS) through American Heart AssociationWhere You'll WorkThe Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics floor at St. Francis is a 29-bed unit dedicated to caring for a wide variety of medical surgical patients including but not limited to orthopedic, neurosurgical, gastrointestinal, and oncology.
