Estimator

Salary: USD110000 - USD160000 per year Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support preconstruction efforts by preparing budgets, cost estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects. This role will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate costing and successful project planning. Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and completeness. Develop project budgets and assist with bid and proposal preparation. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and scope information. Participate in preconstruction, client, and project team meetings. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of construction estimating experience, ideally with a general contractor. Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
